My Story

Graduated with a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering & Commerce from UNSW Sydney

Worked in the corporate world for six years in marketing, transformation, strategy, sustainability and audit

My late father was a lifelong Bipolar patient. I experienced being a caregiver to a loved one with a mental health condition.

Joined Thrive Well, a mental health social enterprise in Malaysia. Pictured here with Ellisha Othman, the Managing Director of Thrive Well

Went back to university to pursue a Master of Psychology (conversion) from Cardiff University

Placement in the UK's National Health Service at the Mental Health Service for Older People ward

Worked at a UK Trauma-Informed School with children that are neurodivergent & with mental health conditions

Back in Thrive Well Malaysia, serving as the Director of Consultancy & Training

Represented Malaysia at the YSEALI - Future of Mental Health seminar at Fulbright University Vietnam
