Sometimes it takes a compelling speaker to convince, persuade and compel you into action.

I am open to speaking opportunities on topics regarding mental health, wellness, psychology, women in careers and leadership.

Invited as a panel speaker for BFM Radio’s Health & Living 2025 event: “Brilliant, Female, Magnificent”, together with Shaleen Chrisanne, Clinical Psychologist and Michelle Chai, Founder of Kintry. 

Invited as a panel speaker for MalaysiaKini event: Mind Matters Rally 3.0 on “Breaking the Silence: The Importance of Mental Health Support for Caregivers. A panel session moderated by Puan Anita Abu Bakar, founder & president of MIASA, Cassandra Loh, SVP of Partnerships at Intellect and Dr Jest Wong, the founder of Westwood Clinic. 

Amalina spoke to a group of lawyers at Izad Kazran & Co on how to practise self-care and establish boundaries in personal life and the workplace.

Invited as a panel speaker for Mah Sing’s International Women’s Day Celebration, alongside Ms Sue Hui Lim, Deputy General Manager, Strategic Communications, and Ms Shahizavalkis Mansor, Manager of Employee Experience & Culture, Mah Sing Group Berhad.

Amalina spoke to a group of lawyers at Izad Kazran & Co on how to manage stress & burnout, practise self-care and regulate emotions.

Amalina emceed the Closing & Award Ceremony of the Malaysia United Asian Debating Championship 2024, one of the most prestigious & largest debating events in Asia. Hosted by the Malaysian Institute of Debate & Public Speaking (MIDP), the event was attended by 400 guests from 40 institutes across 16 countries. 

Amalina was amongst the lineup of esteemed panellists who delved deep into the complexities of workplace toxicity. They discussed how to identify the red flags, strategies to manage it and the legal rights available to protect themselves.

Amalina gave a talk to Malaysian university students locally and abroad under Talentcorp’s Semester Break Programme.

The talk titled ‘Nurturing Mental Wellness: How to Thrive at Every Stage of Life’ discussed Amalina’s university and career journey from corporate to mental health. In each stage of life, she provided personal insights and mental wellness tips.

The Women in Leadership summit is an annual summit in Kuala Lumpur to discuss the invisible forces that shape women to unlock remarkable resilience and positive transformation. 

Amalina presented the importance of Mental Health in the Workplace and how to create mentally healthy workspaces.

Organised by Global Shapers London and Diversability, the panel discussed the role of innovation and entrepreneurship in shaping the future of disabilities.

A panel session on World Mental Health Day 2021 organised by Humankind. It discussed the role of arts in maintaining one’s own wellbeing, and how the art medium are used as mechanisms for coping and healing.

Amalina shared how writing has helped her manage her own mental health. Her writing also became a tool for advocating for mental health patients.

A sharing session with the Unilever team in Malaysia & Singapore on my journey from corporate burnout to a mental health advocate. Shared some resources on how to take care of wellbeing during times of uncertainty.

Organised by Universiti Malaya’s Chemical Engineering society. A panel of chemical engineering graduates that have explored multiple career avenues including academia, research and corporate world.

Amalina shared her experiences from being a Chemical Engineering graduate to a consultant in the corporate world.
